Our core principles:

• ✓Custom creative work limits refund eligibility — once a song is delivered, it cannot be 'undone'
• ✓If you're unsatisfied with the first delivery, we offer 1 free revision (your feedback shapes the final version)
• ✓If the second revision still doesn't meet expectations, we will discuss case-by-case resolution
• ✓Payment failures or duplicate charges: full refund within 7-10 business days
• ✓Cancellation BEFORE production starts: full refund
• ✓Cancellation AFTER production starts: partial refund based on work completed
