✓Gifting tier songs are licensed for personal use only
✓Studio and Brands tier songs include commercial license with mandatory 'Music by Tohfanama' credit
✓Customer story shared during intake remains confidential
✓Tohfanama retains creative rights to all original compositions
✓Revisions: 1 revision included per order
✓Delivery: 3-5 business days standard, 5-7 days for video tiers
